The short version
Fast food, made healthy.
Seed & Stone started as a little stall in the Adelaide Central Market, then moved into its own spot on Pirie Street. Same idea the whole way through. Lunch that is quick and easy but still does you good.
Everything is made in house, plant forward and piled high. Bowls, bagels, soups and a cabinet of sweets the regulars will tell you about, the carrot cake especially. Dine in, grab and go, oat milk always on hand.
